We start the evening with a relaxed arrival and a sparkling welcome.
8 Wines
A carefully curated selection of wines, balanced between white, red and sparkling. The focus lies primarily on Austrian wines with occasional cross-border selections when the story deserves it.
Guided & Personal
Each tasting is personally guided by a certified sommelier, in an open and accessible way. There is space for questions, conversation and curiosity, without pressure or expectations. Each tasting with context: but about understanding flavours, people and the stories behind the bottle.
Flexible Themes
Each wine tasting is shaped around a theme, keeping the experience fresh and dynamic. Themes may focus on grape varieties, regions, vintages or specific winemakers, adapted to the group, availability and the moment.
Winemaker Insights
Depending on the theme, some evenings include personal insights or guest appearances from winemakers, adding another layer to the experience.
Regional Antipasti Platter
A selection of Salzburger antipasti is served alongside the wines. Carefully chosen to support the tasting without distracting from the wines themselves.

Minimum of 8 guests. A sommelier led wine tasting at a selected hotel location in Saalbach. Up to ten carefully selected wines, regional antipasti and an easy going flow throughout the evening. Perfect for who want to enjoy wine in a social and welcoming setting, with or without prior knowledge.

Minimum 8 guests A personalised wine tasting created around the wishes of your group. Themes, wine selection and pace are adapted to what fits you best. Think of themes such as grape varieties, regions, styles or storytelling around winemakers and terroir. Ideal for private groups looking for a deeper and more tailored experience. .
The Chalet Sommelier

A fully private wine tasting in your apartment or chalet. I bring the wines, the stories and the atmosphere to you. An intimate and relaxed evening, created around your preferences and hosted entirely in your own setting. The most exclusive way to enjoy a wine tasting in complete privacy.
